As a general contractor, I have used many sanitation companies on my projects throughout Texas and surrounding areas. Sarabia’s, in El Paso, is by far the best company I have used. Department of the Army We have been using Sarabia’s Portable Jons & Blue Sanitation since 2005 on FT Bliss Army Airfield, McGregor Range and surrounding areas. I cannot remember a single instance when we did not reach a resolutions, whether it is for supplying portable units, or hand washing units in general. On January 1, 2009, we awarded a 5-year contract to Sarabia’s Portable Jons to service two sites for the El Paso Sector Border Patrol. We had used Sarabia’s on a year-by-year basis for several years and have found them to be extremely reliable, efficient, professional, and courteous. Sarabia’s has provided portable toilets to the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation for six years. During that time we have found your service to be superior to any previous vendor. The units have been delivered on time, without exception. Your office staff has been extremely accommodating, pleasant, and efficient. You have responded to our emergency requests in a timely manner. You have rectified any complaints we have received from the public the same day. The billing has always been correct and any questions we might have had have always been addressed to our satisfaction. Your office hours are one of the service features that have really helped us. Whereas, some vendors do not open until 9am, you open at 7am that is a great benefit to us. In addition, you have email, voice mail, and you have provided us the after hours numbers and the cell phones of your staff. All these items are additional benefits. I have dealt with portable sanitation vendors who do not even have an answering machine, necessitating multiple calls to try to reach someone. I would recommend your service to any City of El Paso Department.
Hueco Tanks State Park & Historic Site has an annual Interp Fair on the 3rd weekend in October every year and the first phone call we place is to Sarabia’s. We have been partners for at least 8 years (possibly more) in business although now we consider Sarabia’s as an extension of our Park family. Lorena and the gang go above and beyond to help contribute to our fair being a success every year as well as any other time we have a need for their services. They not only provide excellent portable facilities but the service to them are excellent as well. I recommend Sarabia’s to all of our friends.

I am the General Superintendent for the Sam’s Club project at 11360 Pellicano Dr. in El Paso Texas. We are the general contractors for this 6 month project. We started this project March 1 and our contract date will end July 17. I found your company on your website while driving through Las Vegas and searching for vendors that were local, in El Paso. One of the big selling points was that Sarabia’s had an event trailer that would handle the size of the project we were going to be needing for the temporary restroom remodel portion of our project and plus the prices for the Porta-Jon facilities were right on the money and exactly what we had budgeted for. We got started on site the middle of February and your guys dropped your first unit off for the yard at the end of that week. The guys doing service out here are great. Rudy was fantastic about getting the set up going for the event trailer and real pro-active about any issues or problems that came up. He was out here immediately to resolve them. It’s been a good team and having you guys on board taking care us has been great. I told Rudy “your guys have the sweetest smelling poo houses that I have ever had in the 35 years that I have been in construction”. It’s so nice when it’s comfortable and clean. It’s been a pleasure doing business with Sarabia’s and I definitely recommend you to anybody that calls for a referral.
I just want to take this opportunity to express to you my most sincerest gratitude for the wonderful experience I had earlier today with one of your fellow colleague, Ms. Lorena, that started from the time she actually picked up the telephone to answer my call.
